Business Spotlight: Zero Zone <br />City of Ramseys 2018 Business of the Year <br />and frozen food display case manufacturer, has been <br />selected by the Ramsey Economic Development Au- <br />thority as the 2018 Business of the Year! Nominees for <br />this award are chosen based on their exemplary standing <br />in each of the following categories: length of tenure in <br />Ramsey, number of employees, community involvement <br />and uniqueness. <br />Zero Zone was founded by George Johnson, Duke <br />their own business and, using their combined refrig- <br />eration experience and the sheer will to succeed, they <br />- <br />founded Systematic Refrigeration in 1961. With a <br />imize product visibility, extend product shelf-life, save <br />pledge to build the best freezers in the business at a com- <br />energy, reduce environmental impact and deliver the <br />petitive price, they began operations in a rented dairy <br />- <br />company actively develops new refrigerant systems to <br />sota in 1974 and, in 2002, the company was purchased <br />utilize natural refrigerant methods to reduce their carbon <br />footprint, protecting the planet. <br />from manufacturing cooling systems in a Midwest barn <br />Zero Zone has called Ramsey its home since 2000 <br />to emerging as a pioneer in the industry. Today, Zero <br />and has been an active member of the community.
