Planning for a Mix of New Development <br />housing and services without having to look to other communities. While Ramsey cant control the private market, we <br />strive to plan for amenities important to our community and reduce barriers to their success. <br />Celebrating the Success of the Bunker Lake Industrial Park <br />Center at 8310 147th Ln NW. <br />approximately 50,000 square feet this year. <br />Planning for Transportation and other Infrastructure Improvements <br />aggressively on future plans for Highway 10 and Highway 47 as well as expansion of municipal water and sewer into <br />2022, and Ramsey desires to continue this momentum by improving the Highway 10 and Highway 47 segments in <br />Ramsey. <br />Planning for Recreation and Other Amenities <br />COR such as urban plazas, splash pads and other water <br />features. Ramsey has also heard from our residents about <br />the desire for a Community Center.
