CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Bauer called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 2. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> Several students from Elk River High School stepped forward and introduced themselves to the <br /> Commission noting they were in attendance for a government class. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Chairperson Bauer requested Item 6.03 under Commission business be moved up and discussed <br /> prior to Item 6.01. <br /> Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Surma, to approve the agenda as <br /> amended. <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Surma, Anderson, <br /> Gengler, and Onyambu. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Woestehoff. <br /> 4.
