He then reviewed the <br /> location of all E-1 zoning districts in the City. <br /> Commissioner Gengler stated she appreciated the applicant's efforts to incubate businesses in <br /> Ramsey, however, she noted she could not support the request. She stated she had concerns with <br /> the proposed Zoning Amendment and how this would impact the City of Ramsey. <br /> Chairperson Bauer agreed. <br /> Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Woestehoff, to recommend that <br /> City Council deny the request to allow motor vehicle sales in the City's industrial zoning districts. <br /> Motion Carried.
