2. No trees or shrubs shall be destroyed, but or removed from the Scenic <br />Area, except as specifically authorized by written approval from the grantees or <br />their designated agents. <br />3. No new installation of any public or privately owned utility line shall <br />be placed upon or within the Scenic Area without the express written approval of <br />the grantees or their designated agents. <br />4. No advertising devices in any form or size shall be constructed, placed <br />or permitted to be constructed or placed upon the Scenic Area, excepting signs, <br />displays or devices advertising the sale or lease of the property. <br />S. There shall be no excavation, movement of earth, or sod, or other <br />topographic changes of the soil without the written approval of the grantees or <br />their designated agents. <br />6. No dumping, storage or placement of any extraneous material shall be <br />allowed upon the Scenic Area. Extraneous material shall be any material not <br />characteristic to the Scenic Area in its natural state.
