June 29, 2018 <br />RE: An anonymous comment from a neighbor along Juniper Ridge Drive <br />"After receiving the public hearing notice, we oppose the application as submitted due to concerns <br />regarding the impact of the view shed to and of the river. We will accept alternatives where the garage <br />is moved forward to be in line with the rear of the primary residence, or in line with the front of the <br />residence." <br />
