Councilmember __ introduced the: follo:wingresolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-02- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION RESCINDING FINDINGS, OF FACT AND THE ISSUANCE OF A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT T0 ~DANCE LLC TO CONSTRUCT A <br /> COMMERCIAL CAR WASH IN THE TC,2 ZONING DISTRICT AND DECLARING <br /> TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramdance LLC, ihereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />withdrawn it's application for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a commercial car wash in <br />the TC-2 Zoning Distriction property legaliyidescribed as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot I, Ramsey Town center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE: IT REsoLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUI~TY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
