Councilmember introduced the folloWing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-02- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION RESCINDING ¥1NI)INGS OF FACT AND A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A BU!LDINGLARGER THAN 35,000 SQUARE FEET IN <br /> THE TC-2 ZONING DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in June 2004, Ramdange LLc, applied for a Conditional Use Permit to <br />construct a building larger than 35,000 Square feet in the TC-2 Zoning District on property <br />legally described as folloWs: <br /> <br /> Outlot I, Ramsey :Town Center Addition~ Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, that on July 27, 200~,. the Ramsey City Council issued a CUP to the <br />Applicant for the development Of up to:a 63,000 square foot grocery store on the Subject <br />Property. And <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, That the APPlicant has requeSted an amendment to the CUP issued on July <br />27, 2004 to allow for future expansions of the grocery building up to a maximum of 70,000 <br />square feet. ~ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, I~E IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE QF MINNESOTA as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant has submitted 0 ~new Site :plan to construct a 62,000 square foot grocery <br /> store and the building size (footprint)is established at 70,000 square feet. <br /> <br />2. That Resolutions #04-07-197 ;and 604-07-198 adopting findings of fact and approving a <br /> conditional use permit for a 54,000 SqUare foot: grocery store and the building size (footprint) at <br /> 63,000 square feet are.rescinded. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoifig resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly Passed <br />this the 8th day of February 2005. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
