<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted
<br />January 18, 2005, a feasibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared
<br />by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-02 (Sealcoat and
<br />Crackfill Amber Ridge, Bona Addition, Cedar Hills, Cedar Hills 2nd, Cedar Hills 3rd, Chestnut
<br />Hill, Chestnut Hill 2"a, Chestnut Hilt 3rd,i Chestnut Hill 4th, Chestnut Hill 5th, Chestnut Pond,
<br />Chestnut Ridge, Pondvale Estates, i Pondvale Estates 2nd, Ramsey Commons 2nd, Ramsey
<br />Meadows, Ramsey Meadows 2nd, SectiOn 24 (Unplatted), Section 26 (Unplatted), Sunfish

<br /> WHEREAS, the report was received bY the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005
<br />which indicates the following:

<br /> Estimated total assessment $73,004
<br />
<br /> Estimated assessment per unit $93.00
<br /> (3-year term)
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE,-BE IT ~sOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and
<br />sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
<br />property for all or a portion: of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
<br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of
<br />$146,008.
