Councilmember introduced the fOlloWingi~resolUtion and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #0~5-03~(SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL GORHAM'S <br />SANDY ACRES ESTATES, SECTION '24 CLINPLATTED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted <br />January 18, 2005, a feaSibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared <br />by Steve Jankowski, City Engin~r, With reference to Improvement Project #05-03 (Gorham's <br />Sandy Acres Estates, Section 24 (Unplattefl); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ttze report was received <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br /> <br />$33,185 <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br /> <br />$16,593 <br /> <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br />(3-year term) <br /> <br />$233.70 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council Will Consider the improvements of crackfilling and <br /> sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br /> property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes Chapter 429 and the RamseY City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br /> $33,185. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of <br /> March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Statioh, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and <br /> the City Administrator shall :give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required bY law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon; the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />REsOLu~ ION~#05-02-XXX <br /> page 1 Of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
