Councilmember introduced the followingiresolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05.04 (sEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL FLINTWOOD HILLS) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted January 18, 2005, a feaSibility study for the 2005~Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, With ireference to Improvement Project #05-04 (Flintwood Hills); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of prOject $14,232 Estimated total assessment $7,116 Estimated assessment per. unit (3~year term) $254.15 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY; STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and sealcoating of such streets in accoigance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion Of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the'RamseY City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $14,232. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall giveI mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
