Councilmember introduced the fOlloWingresolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REpoRT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT //05-05 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL RAMSEY <br />TERRACE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pUrsuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted <br />January 18, 2005, a feasibility stUdy for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared <br />by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, : with reference to Improvement Project #05-05 (Ramsey <br />Terrace); and : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report Was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 <br />which indicates the follOwing: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br /> <br />$15,863 <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br /> <br />$7,931 <br /> <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br />(1 O-year term) <br /> <br />$188.84 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE,~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and <br />sealcoating of such streets in :accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion: of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$15,863. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of <br /> March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and <br /> the City Administrator shall:give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required by taw. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregohg resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloWing Voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> Page 10f 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
