Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-06: (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY BEAUDRY'S 2~D, <br />PELTZER, SECTION 22 (UNPLATTED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted <br />January 18, 2005, a feaSibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared <br />by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-06 (Bituminous <br />Overlay Beaudry's 2"d, Peltzer, SectiOn 221(unPlatted); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total Cost of project <br /> <br />$189,313 <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br /> <br />$94,657 <br /> <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br />(1 O-year term) <br /> <br />$965.88 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, ~BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA cOuNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the RamseY City Council williconsider the improvements of Bituminous Overlay of <br />such streets in accordance .with the:report: and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of theimp~;ovement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 <br />and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $189,313. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 8th day of <br /> March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Statior~, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and <br /> the City Administrator shall give: mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoi, ng resOlution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESO L UTIoN : #oS-o2-xxx <br /> Page 1 Of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
