Councilmember introduced the following ~esOlution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING RE[PORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-0? (BITUMINOUS OVERLAY SECTION 21 <br />([JNP[ATTEI)) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a motioi~ of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted <br />January 18, 2005, a feasibility study for the 2005 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared <br />by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #05-07 (Bituminous <br />Overlay Section 21 (Unplatted); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 08, 2005 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total Cost of project <br /> <br />$211,027 <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br /> <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br />(1 O-year term) <br /> <br />$105,513 <br />$787.41 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT REsOLvED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY; sTATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the Ramsey City coUncil will !consider the improvements of Bituminous Overlay of <br /> such streets in accordance with the :report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br /> or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 <br /> and the Ramsey City Code SeCtion 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $211,027 <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such Proposed improvement on the 8th day of <br /> March, 2005 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and <br /> the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloWing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-02-XXX <br /> Page 1 Of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
