PC CASE # I <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF PATROL OFFICER <br /> Heidi A. Nelsoli, Asst. City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Brad Bluml was hired the position of Patrol Officer on January 14th, 2004 and his one- <br />year probationary period ended on January 14th, 2005. His performance has been <br />reviewed by Sergeant Lueek and documented as satisfactory. Based on a satisfactory one- <br />year appraisal, staff is recommending Mr. Bluml be retained as a regular full-time patrol <br />O ~'leicer. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory one-year appraisal, staff recommends that Patrol Officer Brad <br />Bluml be retained as a regular fulMime patrol officer effective January 15, 2005. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution ending probationary period for Patrol Officer Brad Bluml and <br />grant him the status of regular fulMime employee effective January 15, 2005. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Admilfistrator <br />Police Chief <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 02-08-05 <br /> <br /> <br />
