RASMEY OFFICE PARK <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the !laws' of the 'State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and <br />RIVERSIDE COMPANIES, a Minnesota corporation, whose address is 19230 Evans Street, <br />Elk River, MN 55330 ("DEVELOPER"). ~ <br /> <br /> WlTNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF :RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Outlot A, River's Bend 3ra Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of <br />the following described line and its extensions: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest Comer of said Outlot A; thence on an assumed bearing of north <br />19 degrees I 0 minutes 05. seconds West,~ along the west line of said Outlot A, a distance of 205.21 <br />feet to the point of beginning of the line.to be described; thence north 67 degrees 21 minutes 17 <br />seconds east a distance of 332.59 feet to the east line of said Outlot A and said described line <br />there terminating. <br /> <br />-or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Office park, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 8, 2005 pursuant to Resolution No. 05- - , the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property, which plat is known as RAMSEY OFFICE <br />PARK (the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain requirements, including the <br />DEVELOPER and the CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br />Ramsey Office Park <br />Development Agreement <br />Page 1 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
