He does not necessarily <br />disagree with clustering. He supports'Chairperson Nixt with the issues if they do cluster. He <br />thinks this would Set them up for ra land rushand the pressure to expand the infrastructure to <br />support the development will be incredible, and everything the comprehensive plan said was <br />good will get crushed. He thinks,the 2 ¼ aCre lots should be an option and this takes that away, <br />which is his primary col~cern with it. Chaiiperson Nixt noted a friend just purchased a new home <br />in the developing outly'mg areas of Shakopee on2 ½ acres. This type-of development is not <br />being phased out of the Metropolitan Service Plan in the outlying areas.
