Fences outside the 2020 MUSA are <br /> allowed uP t° eight (8) feet in height in any yard but must <br /> be setback a minimum of 100 feet from the front property <br /> line unles~ there is at leas~ a seventy-five percent (75%) <br /> clear visible opening. Fences may beconstructed of barbed <br /> wire to accommodate agricultural activities and the raising <br /> of livestock and animals as defined by City Code Section <br /> 5.09. Lots of re¢ord as of July 1, 2002, within the MUSA <br /> that are currently used for agricultural activities or the <br /> raising of livestock and animals also qualify under this <br /> provision. <br /> Fencing material shall consist only of wood or chain link or <br /> other material as approved by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br /> 3. Fence framing must faCe inward on the fence owner's lot. <br /> <br /> 4. Fencing must be located 100% on the fence owner's lot. <br />Garbage: Receptacle StOrage. <br /> <br />1. Outdoor garbage receptacles serving multi-family units must be in <br /> either the rear or side yard and must be screened from public view <br /> andadjacent lots. <br /> <br /> <br />
