The County maY.temdna~ this.Agreement if the City, and the Developer of the Ramsey Town <br /> Center (RTC) do not .enter in.to a development agreement on or before the date of this agreement <br /> which agreement proVides for the development of a RTC. RTC means a unified, concentrated <br /> development having the following ehamcferistics: <br /> <br /> (1) Comme£eia1 mixed use development occupying a minimum of !.0 million gross square <br /> feet of sPace : <br /> <br /> (2) Transit ~tati°n Suitable for conversion to a commuter rail station ' <br /> (3) A minimum Of 1,500 units of medium and high density residential units <br /> <br />The City shall pr%ide copies of all agreements with the Developer of RTC. The County <br />may terminate thi~ agreement with:the City if the City modifies, alters or changes any of the <br />terms Or conditi°ns of,its agreement with the Developer of the RTC. <br /> <br />TERM ' <br />This Agreem~n't shall continue unfit(l) it is terminated as provided herein, or (2) until the construction <br /> i ~ :'!
