Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 6:43 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was nolle. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Consider 2005 Tobacco Licenses <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman explained there are four businesses that did not meet the deadline for <br />tobacco license applications prior to the last Council meeting.
