Mayor Gamec suggested this be discussed at the first work session in February. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to receive the feasibility <br />studies and set the datel of the public hearing and the assessment hearing for the February 8, 2005 <br />City Council meeting for the following projects: Phase I Roadways; Phase II Roadways; AUAR <br />Roadways; Parking strUctures. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Cook, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. VotingNo: None. <br /> <br />Case #11: Approve Declaring Metal BUilding Excess Inventory and Authorizing a <br /> Sealed Bid ProceSs toDiSpoSe of Property <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Ols°n explained the City of Ramsey acquired the property at <br />14140 141st Avenue NW for the purpose of !ndustrial/Commercial development. Staff has <br />received inquiries about selling the 38 x 44[ fL metal building. Staff is recommending declaring <br />the building excess inventory and authOriZing a Sealed bid process to dispose of the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to declare the metal <br />building at 14140 141st Avenue NW as eXcess inventory and authorize a sealed bid process to <br />dispose of the building. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Olson, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />Pearson, and Strommen.
