VotingNo: None. <br /> <br />Case #11: Approve Declaring Metal BUilding Excess Inventory and Authorizing a <br /> Sealed Bid ProceSs toDiSpoSe of Property <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Ols°n explained the City of Ramsey acquired the property at <br />14140 141st Avenue NW for the purpose of !ndustrial/Commercial development. Staff has <br />received inquiries about selling the 38 x 44[ fL metal building. Staff is recommending declaring <br />the building excess inventory and authOriZing a Sealed bid process to dispose of the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to declare the metal <br />building at 14140 141st Avenue NW as eXcess inventory and authorize a sealed bid process to <br />dispose of the building. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Olson, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />Pearson, and Strommen.
