By: Mark Riverblood, Parks & Utilities Supervisor

CASE # 1

Background:

At the January 13, 2005 regular meeting, one half of the Master Trail Plan map was
discussed. This map, of the west side of Ramsey shows various park locations,
Greenways, and other features - but the primary purpose is to identify specific trail
locations. It was further discussed that the Commission should identify any changes or
improvements to the map, prior to the February meeting if possible.

Observations:

The Commission should approve the west side of the Master Trail Plan map as soon as
members are comfortable with it. The east side of the Master Trail Plan map should be
available on or before the regular Park and Recreation Commission February meeting-
for a similar examination, with a potential approval in March.

Commission Action:

Motion to approve the west side of the Master Trail Plan map/based upon discussion.

Reviewed By:
Assistant Public Works DireCtor/PrinCipal Engineer
Civil Engineer II

P & R: 2/10/05
