2018-2021 Anoka CWMA Grant Deliverables <br />• ACWMA will form a Steering Committee and MoA <br />• develop education materials and management plans for at least four <br />invasive species <br />• Engage public through workshops, volunteer events, and cost share <br />program for controlling invasive species and planting native species <br />• Potential initiatives may include but are not limited to: contributing to <br />the U of MN's MNPhrag Project; eradicating wild parsnip populations; educating <br />public works employees on invasive species identification and control; biological <br />control of purple loosestrife; and volunteer events to pull garlic mustard, control <br />buckthorn, and establish native vegetation. <br />• two workshops, organize at least one invasive species removal <br />volunteer event, loan equipment, and provide cost -share assistance <br />
