Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-156 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR STERLING TROPHY <br />vwv rii.ii.AS, Sterling Trophy hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />site plan approval at the address, commonly known as 6710 Highway 10 NW, of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, on July 3, 2018, the City received an application and plans from Sterling <br />Trophy for site plan review for Sterling Trophy; and <br />wrir r i AS, the property is approximately 1.23 acres and zoned B-2 Business District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the developer is proposing an approximately 4,048 square foot commercial <br />building; and <br />fiEREAS, on July 16, 2018, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the proposed <br />site plan; and <br />ru,i r.EAS, on August 9, 2018, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed site <br />plan and recommended the City Council approve the proposed site plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 28, 2018 the City Council reviewed the site plan for Sterling <br />Trophy; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey does approve the Site Plan for Sterling Trophy, <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated July 16, 2018, <br />approval by the City Engineer, and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement <br />with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />
