July 23, 2018 <br />Lazydays, RV <br />Attn: Srinivas Kuchipudi <br />6130 Lazydays Blvd <br />Seffner, FL 33584 <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />City Hall: 763.427.1410 • Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />Re: Lazydays RV Preliminary Plat/ Final Plat/Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit Application <br />Dear Mr. Kuchipudi: <br />In accordance with Minnesota Statute 15.99, this letter shall serve as official notification that the City has reviewed <br />your application for the Preliminary Plat/ Final Plat/Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit Application <br />submitted on July 9, 2018 and has determined that said application is incomplete. <br />Staff is deeming your application incomplete as the City's Ordinance requires that the Preliminary Plat application <br />include a utility plan in accordance with City Code Article 3 Subdivisions, Division 2 Plat Approval Procedures, <br />Section 117-588 Major Plat (5) <br />Please provide staff the additional information: <br />• Utility Plan. <br />The City will begin the 60-day review time frame established by State Statute for the Preliminary Plat application <br />once all required documents required by ordinance have been submitted. It is staff's intention to continue reviewing <br />the submitted documents with the understanding that the application will not be complete until it is determined that <br />the connection to city sewer and water is to be made or if a private septic and well system is found to be acceptable <br />via a variance by the City Council. City Staff is continuing to determine the best solution to address water and sewer <br />access at the site and will continue to work with you and the City Council. <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please don't hesitate to call me at 763-576-4314.
