Citizen Input <br /> There was none. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Johns, Kuzma, <br /> Riley, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br /> The public hearing was closed at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Council Business <br /> Councilmember Shryock stated that she would like to invite the applicant to come forward. <br /> Randy Strawski, applicant, stated that the business has been in Roseville for 33 years and the <br /> franchise includes 40 businesses. He stated that the business would be open until 11 p.m. each <br /> night and the bar is a small portion of their business as most of their sales are from food. He <br /> stated that he is a Ramsey resident and would like to open his business in Ramsey. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to approve an on- <br /> sale, patio, and Sunday liquor license for Pleasant Valley Sunrise Group LLC dba Aurelio's <br /> Pizza. <br /> Further discussion: Acting Mayor LeTourneau stated that he is excited for another restaurant to <br /> join the community and wished the business well. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Shryock, <br /> Johns, and Riley. Voting No: None. <br /> 7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> 7.01: Consider Adopting Resolution #18-166 Clarifying Lawful, Non-Conforming Use on <br /> the Property Identified as PID #22-32-25-23-0002 <br /> City Planner Anderson reviewed the staff report and recommendation to confirm the use of the <br /> accessory building strictly for personal storage only, at least until such time a home is <br /> constructed on the subject property. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma asked why the City would not consider allowing the building to be used <br /> for small repair work. <br /> City Planner Anderson stated that the home occupation ordinance requires a home or principal <br /> dwelling unit to occupy the property and therefore if there is not a home on the property, a home <br /> occupation permit could not be issued. <br /> City Council/August 6,2018 <br /> Page 4 of 10 <br />
