Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #18-169 Approving Response to the City of Dayton's North Dayton Development Draft AUAR. <br /> Further discussion: Acting Mayor LeTourneau referenced the Mississippi crossing and this use <br /> and asked if the use is outside of this discussion. He asked if a message is being sent to Dayton <br /> that this corridor needs to be protected for a river crossing. City Planner Anderson replied that <br /> the comments from the City will include protection of a corridor for a future bridge crossing. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Riley, <br /> Johns, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.07: Consider Adopting Resolution #18-170 Approving Assessment Agreement with <br /> Affinity at Ramsey, LLC <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> approve the Assessment Agreement for signature. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Johns, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #18-170 Approving Assessment agreement (Minimum Assessment Agreement) for Affinity at <br /> Ramsey, LLC. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Johns, Shryock, <br /> Kuzma, and Riley. Voting No: None. <br /> 7.08: Adopt Resolution #18-171 Approving Consent to Assignment of Rights Under TIF <br /> Agreement <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation from <br /> staff and legal counsel to approve of the assignment, regardless of the date of action. He noted <br /> that staff would support a delay in action if desired by the City Council. He stated that given the <br /> simplicity of the Agreement/Consent, legal counsel does not believe it is necessary to hold up <br /> closing for this agreement. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #18-171 Approving Consent to Assignment of Rights Under TIF Agreement Related to Affinity <br /> at Ramsey, LLC. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, <br /> Johns, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br /> 8.
