Councilmember XXXXXXXX introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-190 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPLETION IN RELATION TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY AND H & P DEVELOPMENT L.L.C. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey and H & P Development L.L.C. entered into a <br />Contract for Private Development on June 5, 2000 (the "Original Contract"); and, <br />WHEREAS, The Original Contract calls for a Certificate of Completion to be executed by <br />the City of Ramsey upon the completion of all minimum site improvements as described in the <br />Original Contract; and <br />WHEREAS, H & P Development and/or its assigns has completed the minimum <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, H & P Development and/or its assigns has requested execution of Certificate <br />of Completion. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City of Ramsey authorizes the Acting Mayor and City Administrator execute the <br />form of the Certificate of Completion attached as Exhibit E to the Original Agreement <br />subject to the City Attorney approval. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />XXXXXXXXXX, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />XXXXXXX <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />XXXXXXX <br />and the following abstained: <br />XXXXXXX <br />and the following were absent: <br />XXXXXXX <br />
