Meeting Date: 09/11/2018 By: Sean Sullivan, Community Development Information Title Adopt Resolution 18-190 Authorizing the Execution of a Certificate of Completion in Relation to a Development Agreement with H & P Development L.L.C. Purpose/Background: This case is a housekeeping item. Per the attached development agreement, the City is required to execute a Certificate of Completion upon the "completion" of minimum site improvements (which are called out in the original development agreement). Commonly, this request comes to the City when property is being transferred (as the title work shows this item is outstanding). The ownership has requested that the City of Ramsey execute a Certificate of Completion. This case has been reviewed by our Community Development Department, the minimum improvements have been completed, and Staff recommends moving forward with executing the attached certificate and resolution. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the Form of Certificate of Completion attached to the case. The subject property is located 13950 Radium St NW. Notification: Notification is not required for this action. Observations/Alternatives: This is a simple release of a Development Agreement. See Background section and attached document for details. Funding Source: This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties. Recommendation: Staff recommends approval of the Certificate of Completion. Action: Motion to adopt Resolution 18-190 Authorizing the Execution of a Certificate of Completion in Relation to a Development Agreement with H & P Development L.L.C; subject to amendments by the City Attorney.
