Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-184 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COTTAGES AT THE COR <br />WHEREAS, Centra Homes, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer," properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />That Part of Outlot B Ramsey Town Center 2nd Addition Lying Easterly of Following Description <br />Line: Commencing at Northwest Corner of Said Outlot, Thence South 89 Degrees, 42 Minutes, <br />54 Seconds East, Assumed Bearing, Along Northerly Line of Said Outlot 607.10 Feet to POB of <br />Said Line, Thence South 247.47 to Southerly Line of Said Outlot and Said Line There <br />Terminating, Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey held a public workshop for the Cottages at the COR on <br />February 1, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a sketch plan for Cottages at the COR from the <br />Developer on February 6, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Environmental Policy Board (EPB) reviewed the sketch plan on <br />February 26, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on March 1, 2018, and; <br />WHEREAS, on June 7, 2018, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Cottages at the COR on June <br />26, 2018, and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted an application for Final Plat approval on August 21, 2018; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council considered the Final Plat request on September 11, 2018. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />and, <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Cottages at the COR in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with the Staff Review Memos and ProjectDox comments. <br />
