ARTICLE XI ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS Section 11.1 Conflict of Interests. Representatives Not Individually Liable. No City officer who is authorized to take part in any manner in making this Agreement in his or her official capacity shall voluntarily have a personal financial interest in this Agreement or benefit financially therefrom. No member, official, or employee of the City shall be personally liable to Developer, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for any amount which may become due to the Developer or successor or on any obligations under the terms of this Agreement. Section 11.2 Agreement Recorded. This Agreement shall run with the Development Property until the Maturity Date and shall be recorded by the City in the office of the Anoka County Recorder. Section 11.3 Non -Discrimination. During the life of this contract, the provisions of M,S. § 1E1.59, which relate to civil rights and non-discrimination, and any affirmative action program of the City, shall be considered a part of this Agreement and binding on the Developer as though fully set forth herein. Section 11.4 Amendment. This Agreement may be amended by the parties hereto only by written instrument executed in accordance with the same procedures and formality followed for the execution of this Agreement. Section 11.5 Counterparts, This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. 'Section 11.6 Notices and Demands.
