Acting Mayor LeTourneau echoed comments that this is an excellent program and a way for the <br />City to play another part in trying to bring restaurants to the community. He stated that as the <br />community continues to grow and begins to appear on the radar of businesses, these tools could <br />help attract a business. <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to Adopt Resolution <br />#18-158 Approving Updated Restaurant Subsidy Program. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Shryock, Riley, <br />Johns, and Kuzma. Voting No: None. <br />8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />Community Development Director Gladhill announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />Councilmember Kuzma noted the Summer Concert Series events. <br />Councilmember Johns asked for an update on the Highway 47 corridor planning effort this week. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill stated that this Thursday evening there will be an <br />open house to discuss the land use and image of the Highway 47 corridor. He stated that there is <br />another open house on Friday during the daytime hours. <br />9.
