As part of that <br />update process, adjacent and impacted jurisdictions are afforded the opportunity to review and comment on adjacent <br />plans. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Staff has prepared a draft response for consideration by the City Council. Details of the response are in the attached <br />document. Highlights of the response include, but are not limited to the following. <br />• Overview of Ramsey's Vision and Updated Land Use Plan <br />• Priorities of Ramsey's Highway 10 Plan <br />• Request for increased prioritization for planning for a Future Mississippi River Crossing <br />• Additional corridor planning for Highway 47, Nowthen Boulevard, Armstrong Boulevard, Green Valley <br />Road, and 181 st Avenue <br />• Reviewing options to increase ridership from the Northstar Commuter Rail - Ramsey Station <br />• Discussion alternative alignments for Central Anoka County Regional Trail, Rum River Regional Trail, and <br />Regional Trail Search Corridor for Trott Brook <br />Funding Source: <br />This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached response. <br />Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #18-167 approving response to the Draft Hennepin County Comprehensive Plan. <br />Attachments <br />Anoka County Transportation Plan <br />
