What We Heard <br />To inform development of the Hennepin County <br />Comprehensive Plan and Mobility 2040, the county invited <br />internal staff and observers of local and regional affairs, or <br />"thought leaders" to share their thoughts and perspectives <br />about the key issues and challenges facing the county. <br />Between September 2016 and January 2017, four special <br />meetings were devoted to panel discussions, or "idea <br />forums" where participants were asked to share key issues <br />and challenges facing Hennepin County over the next 10 to <br />20 years — as well as what they would recommend <br />Hennepin County do to address these issues and challenges <br />to remain successful.
