Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-169 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RESPONSE TO THE CITY OF DAYTON'S NORTH <br />DAYTON DEVELOPMENT DRAFT AUAR <br />WHEREAS, an Alternative Urban Areawide Review is an environmental review tool that <br />can be used within a defined geographic area that is covered by an acceptable Comprehensive <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, adjacent jurisdictions are afforded the opportunity to review and comment <br />on AUARs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received a draft AUAR for the North Dayton <br />Development project located within the city of Dayton. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the response to the draft North Dayton <br />Development AUAR. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 6th day of August, 2018. <br />Acting Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
