Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-170 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT (MINIMUM ASSESSMENT <br />AGREEMENT) FOR AFFINITY AT RAMSEY, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has approved a plat/subdivision, site <br />plan, and multiple agreements for a market -rate senior housing apailtnent with Affinity at Ramsey, <br />LLC; and <br />WHEREAS, as part of the approval, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing <br />Agreement, including Exhibit D entitled Assessment Agreement (also known as Minimum <br />Assessment Agreement); and <br />WHEREAS, the Assessment Agreement is to be executed separately from the Tax <br />Increment Financing Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Assessment Agreement with Affinity <br />at Ramsey, LLC (also known as the Minimum Assessment Agreement) and authorizes the <br />Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City.. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 6th day of August, 2018. <br />
