Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-171 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS UNDER TIF <br />AGREEMENT RELATED TO AFFINITY AT RAMSEY, LLC <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has approved a plat/subdivision, site <br />plan, and multiple agreements for a market -rate senior housing apailtnent with Affinity at Ramsey, <br />LLC; and <br />WHEREAS, the Primary Lender on the project has requested that the City consent to an <br />Assignment of Rights Under TIF Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Consent is a standard legal action and does not materially change any <br />previous agreement or increase liability to the City.. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Consent to Assignment of Rights Under <br />TIF Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the <br />City, subject to final review by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 6th day of August, 2018. <br />
