<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-139 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESTAURANT AWNING ASSISTANCE FOR <br />KITCHEN TABLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City of Ramsey has established a goal to recruit and retain new <br />restaurants to the community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, the Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) recommended the <br />establishment of a program that will assist new restaurants in creating a quality and attractive <br />means to draw attention to their new facility through a new Restaurant Awning Assistance <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , Kitchen Table has proposed a new restaurant at 7533 Sunwood Drive NW <br />in the space previously occupied by the Lunch Box. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves a Restaurant Awning Assistance for the <br />Kitchen Table. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />Shryock and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzm <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />
