Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-135 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RELEASE FROM THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT OF ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION FOR LOTS 1-3 BLOCK 1 <br />(INCLUSIVE) AND OUTLOT A <br />WHEREAS, on March 12, 1997, the City entered into a Development Agreement for <br />required improvements and obligations for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, all required improvements and obligations of said Agreement have been <br />satisfied. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants the release of the Development Agreement <br />for ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION to LOTS 1-3, BLOCK 1 (INCLUSIVE) AND <br />OUTLOT A, ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of July, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
