Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #18-141 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR OUTLOT <br />C, ALPHA DEVELOPMENT WITH RIVERSTONE DEVELOPMENT, LLC <br />and <br />WHEREAS, in 2017, the City approved a purchase agreement with Riverstone Development, LLC; <br />WHEREAS, the current contract is set to expire on July 15, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the proper phase to trigger the need for this acquisition has not yet transpired, and sale of <br />the parcel today would create a number of legal complications. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves an extension to the purchase agreement with Riverstone <br />Development, LLC until July 15, 2020.. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 10' day of <br />July, 2018. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
