This data was pulled to <br />supplement the American Community Survey data shown below, which is an estimate created by <br />the Census every year. This estimate shows that very few homes were built after 2013, which is not <br />realistic. In reality, the number of houses built in the 2010s will likely compete with the numbers <br />shown during the housing booms in the 1990s and 2000s, as Ramsey continues to grow. <br />Housing Age (Single roily Homes) <br />The majority of single-family homes were built between 1970 and 2009.
