194 <br />Future Retail Opportunities <br />The COR <br />The COR is commonly known as Ramsey's Downtown Area. This development has a planned mix of <br />uses, including a variety of retail areas. Within The COR and surrounding area, there are <br />approximately 100 acres of area guided for retail growth. Ramsey has employed an aggressive <br />economic development strategy to attract retailers to the area.
