CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Woestehoff, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson VanScoy, Commissioners Woestehoff, <br />Anderson, Gengler, Onyambu, and Surma. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Bauer. <br />4.
