<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-195 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE “PROPOSED” 2019 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the “Proposed” annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2019 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND <br /> <br /> Revenues: <br /> Property Taxes $10,002,646 <br /> Licenses and Permits 532,300 <br /> Intergovernmental Revenues 375,800 <br /> Charges for Services 703,600 <br /> Fines and Forfeitures 61,500 <br /> Other Revenues- <br /> Interest Earnings 90,000 <br /> Miscellaneous 15,700 <br /> Other Financing Sources 1,132,450 <br />Total Revenues$12,913,996 <br /> <br /> <br /> Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br /> General Government $ 3,655,120 <br /> Public Safety 5,515,383 <br /> Public Works 2,309,237 <br /> Parks and Recreation 1,302,883 <br /> Contingency 25,000 <br /> Other Financing Uses 106,373 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures$ 12,993,916 <br /> <br /> <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor’s office on or before Friday, September 28, 2018. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
