<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 18-205 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL FOR GRADING <br />AND EROSION CONTROL FOR LAZY DAYS RV LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY <br />GENERALLY KNOWN AS 8930 HIGHWAY 10 NW AND OUTLOT “A”. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Lazydays of Minneapolis, LLC (dba Lazydays RV), hereafter referred to as <br />“Developer”, properly received Preliminary Plat and Site Plan approval of the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1; and Outlot A; ALPACA ESTATES 4TH ADDITION, Except Parcel <br />22, Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 90. <br /> <br />Subject Property <br />(the “”) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the CITY requires that the DEVELOPER enter into a Development Agreement <br />with the CITY to ensure the timely installation of required improvements; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Development Agreement approval for grading <br />and erosion control for the Subject Property with Lazydays RV and authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />
