<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-177 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#19-03 WOOD POND HILLS AND CHESTNUT RIDGE STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct approximately 0.63 miles of <br />streets within the Wood Pond Hills and Chestnut Ridge developments, and to assess benefitted <br />properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429, the City Charter, and the City’s adopted Special Assessments Policy. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the proposed improvements, designated as Improvement Project No. 19-03, be <br />referred to the City Engineer for study, and that the City Engineer is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether <br />they should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement; the <br />estimated cost of the improvements as recommended; and a description of the <br />methodology used to calculate individual assessments for benefitted properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
