<br /> <br />Councilmember Shyrock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #18-175 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#19-01 FORD BROOK ESTATES STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct approximately 0.16 miles of <br />streets within the Ford Brook Estates development, and to assess benefitted properties for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, the City <br />Charter, and the City’s adopted Special Assessments Policy. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the proposed improvements, designated as Improvement Project No. 19-01, be <br />referred to the City Engineer for study, and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether <br />they should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement; the <br />estimated cost of the improvements as recommended; and a description of the methodology <br />used to calculate individual assessments for benefitted properties. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Acting Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br />
