Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Johns, Kuzma, <br />Riley, and Shryock. Voting No: None. <br />The public hearing was opened at 7:14 p.m. <br />Citizen Innut <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Riley, Johns, <br />Kuzma, and Shryock.
