3.2 Watermain <br />Watermain does not exist on site. <br />3.3 Sanitary Sewer <br />Sanitary sewer does not exist on site. <br />3.4 Storm Sewer/Drainage <br />The storm sewer system consists of catch basins along 154th Lane which drain runoff from the <br />street to a low-lying area with storm sewer and utility easements located on the northern 75 feet <br />of 4851 154th Lane. Storm runoff not collected by the catch basins is carried to Roanoke Street <br />and collected within its storm sewer system. <br />3.5 Streets <br />3.5.1 Existing Typical Sections <br />The width of Lite Street, 154th Lane, and 153rd Court is 29 feet from face -of -curb to face - <br />of -curb. The cul-de-sacs on -Lite Street and 153rd Court have a 50 foot radius to the back <br />of curb. The streets are centered within a 66-foot wide City -owned right-of-way, with a <br />65-foot wide right-of-way around the cul-de-sac on 153rd Court. The cul-de-sac on -Lite <br />Street was not platted with a widened City -owned right-of-way, therefore the City will <br />have to obtain a right of entry from the property owners to complete the proposed work. <br />3.5.2 Maintenance History <br />Stanhope Terrace was originally constructed in 1991. -Lite Street and 154th Lane received <br />crack seal and seal coat in 1996, 153rd Court received crack seal and seal coat in 1998. <br />The street segments have regularly received spot patching on an as -needed basis. <br />3.6 Land Use <br />The parcels within the construction area are zoned residential. <br />Feasibility Report <br />Stanhope Terrace Reconstructions <br />City of Ramsey Project No. 18-00 <br />Page 7 <br />
