Voting No: None. <br /> 7.02: Consider Adopting Resolution #18-185 Approving Final Plat and Site Plan for <br /> Bunker Lake Industrial Park Second Addition (Project#18-130); Case of PSD, LLC <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation to <br /> adopt Resolution #18-185 approving the requested Final Plat and Site Plan of Bunker Lake <br /> Industrial Park Second Addition, contingent upon compliance with the Staff Review Letter, City <br /> Engineer approval, and that the developer enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma asked the timeline for moving this forward and when construction would <br /> begin. <br /> Bill Rousu, PSD, stated that they would like to get the foundation and footings in this fall, noting <br /> that the panels are scheduled for later in October. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #18-185 Granting Final Plat and Site Plan Approval of Bunker Lake Industrial Park Second <br /> City Council/ September 11,2018 <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br />
